Vice President of Talent Management is responsible for implementing successful Recruitments each semester, as well as leading the TM team in identifying and developing AIESEC members to their highest potential by engaging, training, and mentoring all of our members. |

I get really excited about planning things, especially larger events such as Recruitment. I've been really busy with classes, but I'm looking forward to an internship with Air Products in Allentown, PA this summer, followed by a lighter class load for next fall.
